About Us

What is
Kaxaa?

Kaxaa is the native utility token of the Kaxaa blockchain network. KAX carries no economic rights and is not backed by, and does not represent any claim on, real estate assets or any other property. Its market price is determined solely by supply and demand. The Kaxaa Index, a synthetic index of real estate and economic data, is used only as a reference point for pricing certain functions of the network. Kaxaa Tokens are intended for use within the Kaxaa Platform and in transactions between parties who wish to use them.

Utility bullets

  • Supporting crypto-based real estate transactions
  • Participation in data exchange and access to Kaxaa Platform applications
  • Kaxaa PiggyBank: a self-custodial Web3 wallet for holding digital assets
  • Protection against “pump-and-dump” and other manipulation by institutions or large holders, through programmatic, non-discretionary issuance rules

Kaxaa is a Unique

Blockchain Platform
Tied to Real Estate

Kaxaa (pronounced “Ka-sa”) is a blockchain platform with three main elements: the Kaxaa Token, the Kaxaa Index, and the Kaxaa Platform. Its smart contracts run on Polygon, an Ethereum Layer 2 network. KAX is priced solely by supply and demand. The Kaxaa Index is used only as a reference point for pricing certain network functions, and KAX is not backed by, or convertible into, any real estate asset. Kaxaa Tokens are freely tradable and can be used like a currency in transactions between parties and on open exchanges.

Kaxaa PiggyBankTM

Kaxaa PiggyBank™ is a multi-chain, decentralized, self-custodial Web3 wallet. It supports KAX, BTC, ETH, and other leading assets, connects to decentralized exchanges through WalletConnect and the Kaxaa Chrome Extension, and lets you swap on Polygon via QuickSwap and transfer across chains via Rango Exchange. Fiat on- and off-ramping is available through Stripe.

PiggyBank integrates Bolt-Bridge, a proprietary zero-knowledge Layer 2 technology that connects public and private blockchain networks:

  • Hybrid chain compatibility: manage assets across public and private chains in one place
  • Scalability: faster transactions and lower fees by reducing load on Layer 1
  • Privacy: zero-knowledge proofs keep transaction details confidential
  • Security: trust-less design reduces intermediaries and points of failure

Built-in AI support powered by Chatling.ai offers 24/7, multilingual help with onboarding, wallet setup, and troubleshooting, without compromising your privacy.

Kaxaa is Stable

Value is Not Set by the Crypto Market

Like all crypto assets, the market price of KAX is determined by supply and demand. Kaxaa’s tokenomics, including issuance and burn, are programmatic and nondiscretionary, so no one at Kaxaa manages or props up the trading price. Service fees on the Kaxaa network reference the Kaxaa Index, so demand for KAX may be somewhat sensitive to the conditions the Index reflects. There is no guaranteed link between the Index and the price of KAX, and Kaxaa makes no representation that KAX will hold a stable value or appreciate.

KAX is not intended, marketed, or sold as a vehicle for appreciation or for hedging against real estate prices. A separate entity holds a real estate portfolio, and proceeds from it may help fund Kaxaa Tech LLC’s operations. That portfolio does not back or secure KAX or the Kaxaa network.

Kaxaa Runs the

Super Efficient Layer 2

Kaxaa’s smart contract runs on Polygon, a fast, gas-efficient, widely supported network with a large developer community. Gas and validation fees are far lower than on Ethereum mainnet, where high fees can make it impractical for some holders to move or exit positions. Unlike Ethereum, which is limited to 13–17 transactions per second (TPS), Polygon can execute up to 7,000 TPS, making it comparable to Visa.
